Subscriptions: Managing Your FlameTree Pricing Plans
To use FlameTree, a user must have an active subscription. This page covers all available pricing plans, how to view and manage your subscription, and how to make changes to your plan.
Available Pricing Plans
Currently, the following pricing plans are available:

Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Subscription Information
- Click on your account icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Here you can view:
- Your current plan
- Your session limit
- Number of sessions used in the current billing period
Changing Your Plan
- Click on your account icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- Enter your payment details.
- Choose your desired plan.
SME Extra Session Plan
Enabling the SME Extra Session Plan
- Click on your account icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Toggle the Extra Sessions switch to the "On" position.
Disabling the SME Extra Session Plan
- Click on your account icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button.
💡 Note: The SME Extra Session plan automatically activates with the SME plan and charges 0.5 EUR per session beyond the 600 session limit. You will be invoiced at the end of the billing period based on actual usage.
Common Issues & Solutions
I can't see my subscription information
Make sure you're logged into your account and navigate to the account icon in the bottom-left corner, then select the Billing tab. If the issue persists, contact support.
My payment failed when upgrading plans
Verify your payment details are correct and that your card has sufficient funds. If the problem continues, try using a different payment method or contact your bank.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For SME Extra Session plans, use the Cancel Subscription button in the Billing tab. For other plans, contact support for assistance with cancellation.
FAQ
What happens when I reach my session limit?
For Playground and SME plans, you won't be able to start new sessions until your limit resets or you upgrade. For SME Extra Session plans, you'll be charged 0.5 EUR per additional session.
When does my billing cycle reset?
Monthly plans reset on the same date each month when you first subscribed. Annual plans (like Playground) reset once per year from your registration date.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Plan downgrades may be available through the Manage Subscription interface. If the option isn't available, contact support for assistance.
