Connect and Configure Product Catalog for AI Agent
Product Catalogs give your AI Agent the ability to recommend and sell products in a relevant, context-aware way during conversations. By connecting a Product Catalog, your agent can match user questions or needs with the most suitable products from your database, provide detailed descriptions, and share direct purchase links.
💡 Note: Flametree uses Baserow — an online, no-code database platform to store and manage your Product Catalogs. This means you’ll manage your products in Baserow web interface in a convenient spreadsheet-style interface, and your AI Agent will always pull the latest information directly from there.
Prerequisites​
- A registered Flametree account.
- At least one AI Agent already created in Flametree.
- (Optional) A Baserow account using the same email as your Flametree registration.
Setting Up​
Step 1. Create a Product Catalog in Flametree​
- Go to the Product Catalogs screen.
- Click Add (+).
- Enter the name of your Product Catalog.
- Once created, you will see your new Product Catalog and its URL.
Step 2. Open the Catalog in Baserow​
- Click the catalog URL.
- Log in to Baserow or sign up for a new account.
- Important: Use the same email address as in Flametree.
Step 3. Accept the Workspace Invitation​
- From the Baserow main page: Click Accept on the workspace invitation.
- Or from the invitation email: Check your inbox, open the email from noreply@enfint.ai and click the provided link.
After accepting, you’ll see your workspace with the database ProductCatalogs and your new catalog.
Step 4. Add Products to Your Catalog​
- Open your product catalog in Baserow.
- Review the example product in the first row.
- Add your own products, filling in the required fields:

| Price | Price or pricing details (e.g., $29 one-time, Basic – $10, Advanced – $20). You can also detail pricing in the Description field. |
| Link | The URL where the product can be purchased or viewed. |
| Active | Show product to user or not |
Step 5. Link the Catalog to Your AI Agent​
- In Flametree, go to the Agent page.
- Select your agent.
- In General Settings, choose your newly created product catalog.
- Click Save.
💡 Note: Once linked, your AI Agent can recommend and sell products from your catalog directly in conversations. You could also describe selling instructions in Task field on the Agent page.

Best practices​
- Keep product names short and descriptive.
- Make the Brief Description clear and benefit-focused for quick AI matching.
- Regularly update pricing and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
- Group similar products into categories for better AI recommendations.
Common Issues & Solutions​
Cannot see workspace invitation in Baserow
Push Resend invitation button on the Product Catalogs screen. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the invitation link. Alternatively, log out and back into Baserow to refresh the invitation list.
AI Agent not showing products
Ensure your agent’s General Settings - Product Catalogs has the correct product catalog selected and that you saved the changes.
FAQ​
Can I use different emails for Flametree and Baserow?
No. You must use the same email address for both to receive the correct workspace invitation.
How many products can I add?
Up to 20 products.
How many Product catalogs can I use for the Agent?
You can use only 1 Product Catalog at the same time.
