This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service and set out how ENFINT CY Limited («ENFINT», «we» or «our») collect, store, use or otherwise process personal user data who access or use the Flametree. If you wish to use Flametree, you must read and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Personal data is any information that can identify (directly or indirectly) or associated with the User («you», your»), which include either data that you provide to us (such as your name and email address), or that we collect about you during your interaction with the Flametree (such as device information, IP address, etc.).
We are committed to being transparent with you about how we use personal data. This Privacy Policy aims to describe our privacy practices in a clear, accessible and easy to understand way and to let you know how you can exercise your rights in relation to your data
We determine the purpose (why) and means (how) of personal data processing and are ultimately responsible for the correct handling of your data, in accordance with applicable law.
- General Provisions
The Privacy Policy defines the obligations of the Enfint to non-disclosure and protection of confidentiality of Personal data that subjects of personal data (hereinafter — the Subject of Personal Data) provide at the request of the Enfint, including during registration on the Flametree and during further interaction with the Flametree.
The Privacy Policy applies to all information processed by the Enfint, including information that the Flametree may collect about the User. By registering on the Platform, the User agrees to all the terms of the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy may be amended by the Enfint without prior notification. The current Privacy Policy is at all times available at the link https://docs.flametree.ai/docs/legal-documents/privacy-policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
- The scope of information we collect about you
Personal Data you share with us directly
Account information. When you register for an account, create or modify your account, set preferences, we ask you to provide your name (First name, Last name), telephone number, email address, passwords, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
Content you provide through the Flametree. We collect and store the content you post, send, receive, and share through our product. This includes any data you enter in any box on the Flametree, as well as files and links you upload there.
Information provided through our support channels. You may contact us through email and inform us about any issues you encounter while using the Flametree. You will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the issue you are facing, and any additional documents, screenshots, or information that may help to resolve the problem.
Payment information. When you use a paid Subscription plan, we collect your payment and billing information. You may also be required to provide credit card information to third-party secure payment processing service providers (such as Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.
Marketing and Contact Preferences. We use information about how you would like to be contacted and choices you have made to send you marketing communications.
Personal Data we generate and/or collect automatically
Device and Connection Information. We collect information about the device types you use to access the Flametree (such as computer, phone, tablet and/or other devices), your connection type and settings when installing, accessing, updating and using the Flametree, information about your operating system, browser type, URL of referring/exit pages, IP address, device identifiers, and crash data through your device.
Geolocation. Based on your device settings, we may collect geolocation data when you access and use the Flametree.
Tracking Technologies. Third-party partners such as marketing and analytics partners, use various common technologies to provide functionality and identify you across different services and devices. Such technologies may include tracking pixels, JavaScript, and various “local storage data” technologies, such as cookies and local storage. Such data may include text, personal information (such as your IP address), and information about how you use our services, depending on the technologies we use. For the purposes of this policy, we collectively refer to the cookies and other technologies identified here as “Cookies.”
Personal Data collected from other sources
Publicly-Available Sources. We may use publicity-available information about you obtained through social media platforms, or may obtain information about you from third party providers, such as your industry, the size of your company and number of employees, and your company’s website URL.
Add-On Service Data. In the event you get an access to the Flametree through one of our Add-On Partners, they may share your personal data with us to fulfill their contractual obligations.
Telecommunication Data. We receive communication-related data from telecommunications operators, aggregators and carriers that may include phone type, carrier history, SIM status and history, city and/or country where phone was first registered, contract and account type, IP address city and/or country and a validation result of personal data provided by our customer and whether it matches data held by the carrier.
We may combine this information with the information we collect through any other legal means. This helps us update and improve our records, identify new customers, create more personalized advertising, and recommend services that you may be interested in
We are not responsible for the data policies and procedures or content of any third party. We recommend you to review the privacy policies of each website you visit.
- The purposes and the legal bases for processing Personal Data
All information we collect and process about you are necessary to ensuring the operation of the Flametree, operate our business, meet our legal and contract obligations, protect the security of our systems and our customers and fulfil other legitimate interests.
For purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws, we collect and process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual Relationship
We process Personal Data to enter into business relationships with prospective clients and fulfill our respective contractual obligations with them. These processing activities include:
Creation and management of Flametree accounts;
Accounting, auditing, and billing activities;
- Compliance with Law
We process personal data to verify the identity of individuals and entities, including to comply with obligations related to fraud monitoring, prevention and detection, laws related to the detection and reporting of illegal and unlawful activity, and financial reporting obligations. These legal obligations may require us to report our compliance to third parties and to subject ourselves to third party audits.
- Legitimate Interests
We may use any of the categories of personal information we describe above to:
• administration, control, maintain and improve the Flametree;
• protect and ensuring the security of the Flametree and its correct functioning;
• ensuring the reliability of the Flametree and the ability to recover data after failures using backup and data recovery technologies;
• providing User access to the Flametree
• restoring access to the Account (if it was stolen / login and password was lost / login error during registration / it is not possible to use two-factor authentication)
• providing access within the framework of paid tariffs when paying by a bank card;
• reviewing User requests
• monitoring and analyze Flametree visitation statistics to identify trends, usage, and activity patterns.
• respond to User comments and questions and provide technical support or customer service.
• comply with applicable laws, rules, or regulations and cooperate and defend legal claims and audits.
- Consent
We may rely on your consent to collect and process Personal Data regarding our interactions with you with connection of using the Flametree.
When we process your Personal Data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and such a withdrawal will not impact the legality of processing performed based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
- Observance of public interests
We may process special categories of Personal Data, as defined by the GDPR, when such processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest and consistent with applicable law, such as when we conduct politically-exposed person checks. We may also process Personal Data related to criminal convictions and offenses when such processing is authorized by applicable law.

We comply with applicable laws and valid legal requests from public authorities, including court orders or subpoenas.
Before we share any personal data, we:
- Check if the request is lawful, specific, and comes from a proper authority;
- Share only the minimum amount of personal data needed to meet the legal requirement;
- May ask for clarification or refuse the request if we believe it’s too broad or not properly justified;
- Keep internal records of all disclosures;
- If allowed, we try to inform the affected user before we share their data.
We also process and may disclose personal data to:
- Protect our, your, or others’ rights, privacy, safety, or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
- Enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Services;
- Prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.
We aim to make sure that any request we follow is legal and that your data stays protected.
Business Transfers:
Parties to transactions or potential transactions (and their professional advisors) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business, assets, or equity interests of ENFINT Companies.
Aggregated or anonymized information
We may also share aggregated or anonymized information with third parties for other purposes. Such information does not identify you individually, but may include usage, viewing and technical information such as the websites you generally use, the configuration of your computer, and performance metrics related to the use of websites which we collect through our technology, products and services. If we are required under applicable law to treat such information as personal data, then we will only disclose it as described above. Otherwise, we may disclose such information for any reason.
Third party websites
The Flametree may also contain links to third party websites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information processed by us. You should contact the relevant third party websites for more information about how your personal data is processed by them.
- Personal Data Storage and Security Measures
We make reasonable efforts to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk associated with the processing of your Personal Data. We maintain a scope of measures, include an organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect the Personal Data from unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or misuse. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We ask you to assist us in protecting your Personal Data. You can do this by using a unique, strong password, protecting your password from unauthorized use, and avoiding using identical login credentials that you use for other services or accounts. If you suspect that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, you believe that the security of your account has been compromised), please contact us immediately.
We retain your Personal Data for as long as you continue to use the Flametree.
After you stop using the Flametree, and even after you close your Flametree account, we may continue to retain your Personal Data to:
Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;
Enable fraud monitoring, detection, and prevention; and
Comply with our tax, accounting and financial reporting obligations, including where such retention is required by our contractual agreements with our financial partners (and where data retention is required by the payment methods you use).
Where we retain your Personal Data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and record retention obligations imposed by applicable law. Personal data will be retained until the user withdraws their consent or for a maximum of 2 years following their last interaction with Flametree, whichever occurs first. Data will then be securely deleted or anonymized.
- Your rights concerning Personal Data
Opting out of receiving messages
If you wish to stop receiving marketing-related emails from us, you can opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link included in such emails or as described here. We'll try to process your request(s) as quickly as reasonably practicable. However, please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we retain the right to communicate with you about the Flametree (like support and important legal notices).
Your data protection rights
The right to request confirmation of whether ENFINT is processing Personal Data associated with you, the categories of personal data it has processed, and the third parties or categories of third parties with which your Personal Data is shared;
The right to access, correct, update your personal data by yourself.
The right to request that ENFINT rectify or update your Personal Data if it's inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
The right to request that ENFINT erase your Personal Data in certain circumstances as provided by law;
The right to request that ENFINT restrict the use of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, such as while ENFINT is considering another request you've submitted (for instance, a request that ENFINT update your Personal Data);
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are located in the EU, you may contact your national data protection authority. In Cyprus, this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection: www.dataprotection.gov.cy;
The right to request that we export the Personal Data we hold about you to another company, provided it's technically feasible;
The right to withdraw your consent if your Personal Data is being processed based on your previous consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent;
The right to object to the processing of your Personal Data if we are processing your data based on our legitimate interests, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is necessary for legal reasons, we will cease processing your Personal Data upon receiving your objection;
The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights;You may have additional rights, depending on applicable law, over your Personal Data.

To exercise your rights to protect Personal Data, please contact us by email with the subject line "Personal Data". The current email address is provided in the last section of the Privacy Policy.
- International Data Transfers
All information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States or other countries, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live. When we engage in such transfers, we endeavor to safeguard your information consistent with the requirements of applicable laws.
- Age limits
Enfint do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If we become aware that a someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such personal data from our systems. If you become aware or have reason to believe that a people under 18 has provided us with personal information through Flametree, please contact us and we will delete that information from our databases.
