Using the portal on mobile

The portal is built for desktop. On a phone, it loads a focused mobile experience with two screens: the agent-creation wizard and the Playground. Everything else — the agent list, sessions, analytics, campaigns, and settings — is available only on desktop.

Use your phone to spin up an agent from a template and chat with it. When you're ready to configure, monitor, or go live, switch to a desktop browser.

What works on mobile

On a phone you can:

  • Create an agent with the wizard. Open the Create with wizard button in the Playground header, pick a template, and complete the steps. For what each template covers, see Create an agent with a wizard.
  • Test agents in the Playground. Select an agent, chat with it like a customer would, and watch the data it collects. See Playground.

That's the full set of mobile screens. The portal opens directly on the Playground on a phone, and any other address you open is redirected there.

The wizard on mobile

To start the wizard, tap Create with wizard in the Playground header. A Create new agent panel lists the available templates; tap one to begin.

The wizard works the same as on desktop — answer the questions, optionally upload knowledge files, then Review configuration and tap Create AI-agent.

Where the wizard takes you

On desktop, finishing the wizard opens the new agent's configuration page. On a phone, it opens the Playground instead, with the new agent ready to test. To open the agent's configuration page and refine it, switch to a desktop browser. See After the wizard.

If you close the wizard before finishing, you return to the Playground.

The Playground on mobile

The Playground is the main mobile screen. It has a single chat area with two controls at the top:

  • The agent selector — tap Select an agent (or the current agent's name) to open the Agents list and choose which agent to chat with.
  • Details — opens a panel showing Session results: the conversation-result fields the agent fills in as you chat.

On desktop, the Playground details panel also includes Contact info and Parameters tabs alongside results. On mobile, only Session results is shown.

The Playground shows a reminder that the mobile experience is limited:

When to switch to desktop

Switch to a desktop browser for anything beyond creating and testing an agent, including:

  • Configuring an agent's instructions, knowledge, channels, and conversation results.
  • Reviewing Sessions and customer profiles in 360 View.
  • Analytics and dashboards.
  • Campaigns.
  • Settings — connectivity, channels, and identity.
