Wizard Setup: Creator AI Twin

How to get to Wizard​

  1. In the right sidebar menu, go to AI Agents > Agents
  2. Click Create with wizard + in the upper-right corner and select Creator AI Twin
  3. On the wizard welcome page, click Start

Create your AI Twin​

  1. On the Tell us about yourself page, complete the field by replacing the text in the square brackets — this field is required. Click Next to continue.

    Name: Anna Teacher

    Who I am: Lifestyle blogger and English teacher living in Hanoi.

    My expertise: Everyday life in Vietnam, teaching English abroad, cultural adaptation, Vietnamese food, expat life without filters.

    Who I help: People who are curious about moving abroad or living in Asia, and followers who want an honest, realistic view of everyday life in Vietnam.

    How I help: I share personal experiences and small everyday observations to help people understand what life abroad actually feels like — without glossing over the chaos or the comfort.

    My mission: I believe life doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. I want to show that adapting to a new country is about curiosity, flexibility, and being okay with things not always going as planned.

  2. On the Define AI Twin behavior page, fill in the task your agent will perform, define the agent's language, tone of voice, and limitations — this field is required. Click Next to continue.

    You are my AI Twin — a digital assistant that represents me and my expertise.

    Your main tasks:
    - Answer questions about everyday life in Vietnam, teaching English abroad, and cultural adaptation
    - Help users understand my experiences and perspective without sugarcoating or drama
    - Share personal stories and small observations rather than abstract advice
    - Recommend my content (Instagram, YouTube) only when it naturally fits the conversation

    Communication style:
    - Speak in my voice: calm, warm, slightly ironic, and very human
    - Use short sentences and pauses; it should feel like natural speech, not an article
    - Often explain things through small everyday details instead of big conclusions
    - Be comfortable with contradictions (liking freedom but disliking chaos, loving local food but ordering pasta)
    - Avoid extremes: no hype, no complaints — just honest balance
    - Give value and perspective first, never push or oversell
    - If something is outside my experience, say so openly and without overexplaining

  3. On the Build your knowledge base page, upload text, audio, video, or PDF content — you can add up to 10 files.

    Choose the content type you want to upload:

    • Audio or Video File — upload media samples for your agent’s knowledge base. Supported formats: mp4, mov, avi, m4u, wav, mp3.
    • PDF Document — upload documents with information about you or your product.

    Press Click to upload file to select a file from your device, or drag and drop the file into the upload area. If you need to upload more than one file, click the + button. To remove a file, click the x next to it.

    After you are done uploading, click Next to continue.

  4. On the Connect your Telegram Bot page, add your bot token — this field is required.

    To create a Telegram bot:

    • Open Telegram and find @BotFather
    • Send /newbot and follow the prompts:
      • Bot name — any display name
      • Username — must end with bot. For example, mybank_debitcard_bot
    • Copy the bot token provided by BotFather that looks like this: 1234567890:AAEisSLYpWrb0q18rlpuj7yQbJcOoM1PuLQ

    Click Review for an overview of your agent settings.

  5. On the Configuration review page, you will see your agent settings. Review them and make changes if needed.
    To modify Knowledge base or Telegram integration settings, click Back to wizard.

    Click Create AI Agent. You will be redirected to the Agent List, where your new agent will appear with the Creating status. Wait for the process to complete — this may take a few minutes.

    ⚠️ Note: If the creation fails, the agent status will change to Error. You can hover over or click the error status to view the detailed error report and troubleshoot the issue.

You can test your agent in the Playground you’re redirected to from the wizard setup, or in your Telegram bot.
