Wizard Setup: Website AI Sales

How to get to Wizard​

  1. In the right sidebar menu, go to AI Agents > Agents
  2. Click Create with wizard + in the upper-right corner and select Website AI Sales
  3. On the wizard welcome page, click Start

Create Website AI Sales Agent​

  1. On the Choose your AI agent’s name page, enter a name your agent will use for your users — this field is required. Click Next to continue.

  2. On the Information about your business page, share information about your business or simply provide a link to your website — this field is required. Click Next to continue.

    I provide professional wardrobe analysis and styling services to help people build a functional, cohesive, and comfortable wardrobe that fits their lifestyle.

    My work focuses on understanding the client’s daily routine, preferences, body proportions, and goals. Instead of following trends, I help identify what truly works for each person and how to combine existing items effectively.

    The service includes a detailed wardrobe review, practical recommendations on what to keep, what to remove, and what is missing, as well as guidance on creating versatile outfits. The goal is to reduce unnecessary purchases, save time, and make everyday clothing choices easier and more confident.

    I believe that a well-structured wardrobe is not about having more clothes, but about having the right ones.

    đź’ˇ Tip: If you need to make modifications to your agent's configuration, use the Previous step button at the bottom of the page.

  3. On the Personalize Your AI Agent page, define the language and the tone of voice for your agent — this field is required. Click Next to continue.

    Example
    AI Agent tone of voice: Friendly, warm, and supportive. Communicates in a calm and respectful manner, without pressure or salesy language

    Greeting language: English

    Starting phrase: “Hi! How can I help you with your wardrobe today?”

    💡 Tip: If you’re not sure about the starting phrase, the wizard will compose it later.

  4. On the AI Agent Knowledge Base page, upload FAQ or product information so your agent can answer users’ questions.

    Click Choose PDF file > Click to upload file to select a file from your device, or drag and drop the file into the upload area. After the file is uploaded, click Next to continue.

  5. On the Conversation Results page, define the specific user details you wish to collect after each conversation for analytics.

    Example
    - For each conversation, the AI agent should collect: the user’s name, email, and the reason why the customer needs wardrobe analysis and advice.

    - The collected details must be sent to the following email address: wardrobe@test.com.

    Click Review for an overview of your agent settings.

  6. On the Configuration review page, you will see your agent settings. Review them and make changes if needed.
    To modify Knowledge base settings, click Back to wizard.

    Click Create AI Agent. You will be redirected to the Agent List, where your new agent will appear with the Creating status. Wait for the process to complete — this may take a few minutes.

    ⚠️ Note: If the creation fails, the agent status will change to Error. You can hover over or click the error status to view the detailed error report and troubleshoot the issue.

Done! You've just created your AI Agent — fabulous job! ✨
