Wizard Setup: Telegram AI Sales
How to get to Wizard​
- In the right sidebar menu, go to AI Agents > Agents
- Click Create with wizard + in the upper-right corner and select Telegram AI Sales
- On the wizard welcome page, click Start

Create Telegram AI Sales Agent​

On the Choose your AI agent’s name page, enter a name your agent will use for your users — this field is required. Click Next to continue.

On the Information about your business page, share information about your business or simply provide a link to your website — this field is required. Click Next to continue.

On the Personalize Your AI Agent page, define the language and the tone of voice for your agent — this field is required. Click Next to continue.

The agent communicates in a supportive, respectful, and clear manner.
The tone is approachable and human, without being overly casual or sales-driven.
Explanations are concise, structured, and focused on practical value.
Greeting Language: English
Starting Phrase: “Hi! How can I help you?”💡 Tip: If you’re not sure about the starting phrase, the wizard will compose it later.

On the AI Agent Knowledge Base page, upload FAQ or product information so your agent can answer users’ questions.
Click Choose PDF file > Click to upload file to select a file from your device, or drag and drop the file into the upload area. After the file is uploaded, click Next to continue.

On the Conversation results page, define the specific user details you wish to collect after each conversation for analytics. Click Next to continue.
Example
- For each conversation, the AI agent should collect: the user’s name, email, and the reason why the customer needs career advice.
- The collected details must be sent to the following email address: coach@test.com. -
On the Telegram bot token page, add your bot token — this field is required.
To create a Telegram bot:
- Open Telegram and find @BotFather
- Send
/newbotand follow the prompts:- Bot name — any display name
- Username — must end with
bot. For example,mybank_debitcard_bot
- Copy the bot token provided by BotFather that looks like this:

Click Review for an overview of your agent settings.

On the Configuration review page, you will see your agent settings. Review them and make changes if needed.
To modify Knowledge base or Telegram integration settings, click Back to wizard.Click Create AI Agent. You will be redirected to the Agent List, where your new agent will appear with the Creating status. Wait for the process to complete — this may take a few minutes.
⚠️ Note: If the creation fails, the agent status will change to Error. You can hover over or click the error status to view the detailed error report and troubleshoot the issue.
Done! You've just created your AI Agent — wonderful job! ✨
