Creator AI Twin walkthrough

The steps below follow the Creator AI Twin template. Instead of business context, you describe yourself, set the agent's behavior and boundaries, build the knowledge base from your published content, and list the products the agent can recommend. The wizard generates the configuration — including the agent's name — from your answers, in the language you write them in. The finished agent talks to your audience through a Telegram bot.

Step 1: Tell us about yourself

Describe who you are in the About Yourself field. The field is required and comes prefilled with a fill-in template: your name, profession, expertise, audience, how you help, your mission, and links to your channels (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, website). Replace the bracketed placeholders with your details — the profile defines how the agent introduces itself and where its expertise ends.

Step 2: Define AI Twin behavior

Set the rules in the Agent Task field. The field is required and comes prefilled with a ready-made task: answer questions within your expertise, recommend your products when they fit the user's needs, share links to your content, follow your communication style, and respect boundaries such as no licensed professional advice and no promised results. Edit the text to match your own rules.

Step 3: Build your knowledge base

Upload three to five pieces of your best content so the agent can answer from your material. Audio and video capture your style best. This step is optional.

  1. Click the type of content to add: Audio or Video File (MP4, MOV, AVI, M4U, WAV, or MP3) or PDF Document.
  2. Click Click to upload file and select the file, or drag and drop it into the upload area. For audio and video, you can also enter the Original Link (YouTube, podcast, etc.) where the content is published.
  3. To add the next item, click the plus button and pick the type again. You can add up to 10 items; the maximum file size is 4 GB.

A file is required in every item you add — remove an unused item with its delete icon. While files are uploading, the portal shows Upload in progress. Please wait until your files finish uploading.

Click Next (or Skip if you have nothing to upload).

Step 4: Add your products

List what the agent can offer in the Your Products field. The field is optional and comes prefilled with a numbered template — for each product, keep the name, the price, what it is, who it is for, what problem it solves, and a purchase link. The wizard turns this text into a product catalog, and the agent recommends the products when they fit the user's needs.

If you have nothing to offer yet, clear the prefilled text and click Skip; otherwise, click Next.

Step 5: Connect your Telegram Bot

Paste your bot's token into the Telegram token field. The step works the same as the Telegram bot token step in Telegram AI Sales: create the bot with @BotFather (/newbot) if you do not have one, and connect a bot that is not attached to another agent.

Click Review.

Step 6: Review and create

After Handling your data, the Review configuration page opens with the generated settings:

  • Agent Settings — the generated Agent name, Welcome message, Identity, Speech style, and Task. The wizard composes the agent's name from your profile — change it here if you prefer another one.
  • Sources — the content you uploaded, if any.
  • Product catalog — if you described products, a card for each one with Name, Brief Description, Description, Price, Link, and Category. Edit the values, remove cards with the delete icon, or click the plus button to add a product. All fields in a card are required.
  • Telegram integration — the read-only Token. To change it, click Back to wizard.

Click Create AI-agent. The wizard creates an inbound agent, connects your Telegram bot, and starts the agent. Message the bot in Telegram to check its answers and tone, or test it in the Playground — then refine the configuration in Simple mode as described in After the wizard.
