Legacy Knowledge Bases migration

Agents that still use a deprecated legacy Knowledge Base can switch to this library with a one-time migration per agent. While a legacy Knowledge Base is attached, the agent's Knowledge Sources tab stays locked.

The switch takes three steps: detach the legacy Knowledge Base in Advanced mode, swap the legacy knowledge tools in the agent's workflow for the new ones, and connect sources from this library. The Knowledge Sources migration guide lists the exact steps and tool names.
